The Pennsylvania Alliance to Control Tobacco (PACT) is a statewide coalition focused on grassroots public policy and advocacy. The mission of PACT is to strengthen tobacco control laws in Pennsylvania, provide education about the dangers of tobacco, and reduce tobacco use through statewide grassroots advocacy. PACT staff provides Pennsylvania's local tobacco control coalitions with education, training and support in public policy initiatives.

The Tobacco Education Program (Formerly: Clean Air for Healthy Children and Families)

The Tobacco Education Program offers training on smoking cessation counseling as part of the Area Health Education Center curricula development team. PAAAP staff coordinate the placement of pregnancy specific educational kiosks (Babies' Breath) into 6 prenatal care sites in Pennsylvania, and work with the I Lead organization to develop a train the trainer curriculum for Latino community health workers.
