Not On Tobacco (N-O-T) is the American Lung Association's school-based voluntary program designed to help high school students stop smoking, reduce the number of cigarettes smoked, increase healthy lifestyle behaviors and improve life management skills. N-O-T includes a 10-session curriculum and booster sessions conducted by facilitators such as school counselors or teachers. N-O-T emphasizes daily life management skills such as stress management and healthy lifestyle behaviors such as nutrition and exercise. There is no fee for this program or parental consent.

Helping Teens Stop Using Tobacco (TAP) provides the options, resources, education, and support to help teens stop using tobacco. Intervening with Teen Tobacco Users (TEG) is a practical, science-based program that will show you how to effectively deal with students who violate a school's tobacco policy. There is no fee for this program or parental consent.
