Clinical Practice Guideline Treating Tobacco Use and Dependence:2008
On May 7, 2008 the US Public Health Service released the Clinical Practice Guideline Treating Tobacco Use and Dependence:2008 update. This document can help providers deliver evidence-based serices to their patients who smoke. You can find the pages dedicated to adolescents in the index on page 251 and information on coding and reimbursement in Appendix C which begins on page 231. Click here for the pdf.
